This is a companion program written for use with GT1500 by
P&M Software, Phoenix, AZ. and SysopTools ver 2.0, written by Chris
Smith, Houston, TX. It was written by Tom Scallorn, Austin, TX.

damages, real or imagined, from the use of this program. USE IT AT
YOUR OWN RISK!
--------------------------------------------------------------------
06-11-89 Release MREPT11.EXE
MREPT11.ZIP now contains a MSGREPT.HDR file. This is a plain
ASCII file which may be customized for your individual systems.
MREPT11.EXE will also create a file, TIMSTAMP.DAT, in your
GTPATH subdirectory. It is a time and date stamp line. After
MREPT11 has created the MSGREPT.TXT file it will now create
MSGREPT.BUL file. MSGREPT.BUL is created by combining the
TIMSTAMP.DAT, MSGREPT.HDR, and MSGREPT.TXT files. I found this to be
a more suitable format for the "bulletin".
06-04-89 Original Release
MREPT10.EXE -- Is written in MicroSoft QuickBasic ver. 4.5.
The program's purpose is to read the MESSAGE.RPT file which may be
created using Chris Smith's Sysop Tools ver 2.0 (STB007). The
program does nothing more than read this file and then write a new
file named, MSGREPT.TXT. This new file is an abreviated report only
showing the "bottom line info". i.e. What areas were processed, how
many messages in the area, how many total messages.
MREPT10.EXE took about 4 full minutes to process my system's
files as follows:
MESSAGE.RPT 339955
MSGREPT.TXT 2600
At the time my system had 27 message areas and a total of
4483 messages on board. For best results I would put the program in
the GT directory. It may work from any directory or drive BUT it is
intended for a "hard-disk" system.
This is freeware!
